A Sandman is a person who puts people to sleep. Any witch can be employed as a sandman and they usually take jurisdiction for their neighborhood.
Along with a satchel of magic sand that lets them put people to sleep, Sandmen have the ability to "dream drop," allowing them to go into people's dreams and manipulate them. Though this is highly discouraged as it can potentially ruin people's lives.
Sabrina works briefly as a Sandman (Sabrina, The Sandman) which turns into a disaster when she starts invading people's dreams.
